A premium brand system for modern recruitment

Met Louie set out to build a recruitment brand that felt both premium and approachable, reflecting the quality of its approach without losing the human side of the business. We created a concept-first identity system designed to express precision, trust, and warmth across the brand’s core touchpoints, from the visual identity and website to social content and branded materials.

What began as a brand and digital rollout developed into an ongoing creative partnership. Through a subscription model, we continued extending the system across new assets and website updates, helping Met Louie maintain a more consistent, credible, and distinctive presence as the business grew.
