Recommended edits before publishing
I would tighten these 4 points before you put them live:
1. “Digital Product” vs “Graphic Design Services”
Your current setup reads more like a service subscription than a digital product business. I recommend positioning it that way throughout the site.
2. Refund wording
For B2B, “14 days” is fine as a commercial policy, but it should be clearly defined. For example:
“New clients may request cancellation and refund within 14 calendar days of the subscription start date, provided the service has not been substantially used.”
3. Data collected
You likely also collect email address and IP/browser data, even if you did not list them. I included those because they are usually unavoidable with contact forms, scheduling, hosting, and analytics.
4. Record retention
I would not publish “365 days” for invoices. It is safer to state:
“for as long as required by applicable legal, tax, or accounting obligations.”
